nero6 problem

Every time I use nero, it say "compatibility issue with os" I think it was after I installed sp2. I've tried the update at the nero site but the download takes so long that my isp cuts me off before it can finish. When I start again, it appears to start from the beginning again.There appears to be no problem with burning? Any ideas?

uninstall nero, then re-install it.

And get yourself a download manager so that if you do have to abort the download you can restart without going back to the beginning.
