New Digitalb HD Decoder and same card

HD Sat receiving singal from Eutel W2 16.
My Location

Hi,

I recentley purchased a new Digitalb HD Decoder while i was in Albania. I was told that i would need to pair the decoder with the card i already have. Does anyone know the steps i must take in doing this?
