Hi,
Has anyone discovered the new Edision OS Mio+ yet?
It looks like a good receiver, Price/quality. But is it?...
It has a triple tuner, one S2x multistream, one S2 and one for T2/C.
The display looks quite good and displays the channel name (which I like because it looks quite high end)
I've got the Edision Primo and it's a good receiver, but it has some nasty bugs... Whilst Edision don't want to update the firmware anymore.
There are two bugs which annoy me:
- The subtitles on some of the HD Channels, aren't shown completly (only the upper line appears) (strange enough, on the german HD channels (19.2e), no issues.
- The recording function isn't always reliable!
So... Knowing this, I am wondering if someone has the new Mio+ at home and can tell me something about it.
Is it as simple as with the Primo to integrate the Spanish TDT into the channel list, or is it like the Octagon sf4008 where you need to install some sort of "scripts" into the receiver?
The Mio+ looks like a high-end receiver for a fairly good price at +/- €180
Anyone who has more information about it?
Thanks in advance!
