About 30 mins ago, I posted this in a thread - that I can't now access:

"PS: this has also given me another issue to report to @chris - I'm now in the "new to me" "SatsUK - wide" mode, and so the whole formatting, links, etc., insertion bar at the top of the edit mode "box" being greyed out and so I can't use any of those options.

PPS: I then looked to report the above "PS" to @chris I couldn't because this.."
thread is not shown in the forum-view that I was using at that time.

BUT, now, I can't seem to see ANY threads after about 8.58 PM in ANY of the available "view" modes!

@chris - I am sure you are trying to "fix" things , but doing that in mid-late evening seems to really be screwing "everything" up tonight.

PS: I now find that I can access some of those threads - BUT ONLY via the links in Alert emails that I got in my email INBOX.

No problems here, using the same skin :)

Sounds "good" - only wish I had the same "luck".
(just like post #1 above, the formatting etc., menu is still greyed out - SatsUK New mode.)

Try a different browser? I'm not keen on the new reply box but it works fine on all skins when using Safari.

Good idea! - default browser here is Firefox, but now, using Chrome, I think I can see all of the latest posts in SatUK New mode - and I can use the formatting, etc., menu bar.

Therefore it appears that the new forum OS is not currently "fully compatible" with some browsers.

Still ok for me on Opera....

No issues at all with Firefox, Chrome or Vivaldi on either Android of Fedora.

OTOH, Iast evening (and then again a few minutes ago) I was logging in via my downstairs laptop and having all those issues with FF - but now, on the main laptop in our office, I'm in SatsUK New mode on FF and I can seem to see all the recent threads, including this one.

Therefore, I'm beginning to think that the issue may be down to the settings within the browser, or at least FF, rather than the choice of browser itself.

BTW: I tried Chrome on the downstairs m/c, but kept getting all those huge banner ads showing - I'll now have to try to find that thread with the instructions for switching them OFF!:confused
