I had the channels previously on a card that ended in oct 11.

I recently decided to renew it.

Sellers on auction place doing renewals said my 41 serial card couldn't be updated.

Bought another card, serial starting 42 this time and noticed its easier to clear channels.

Also the glitching seems to have gone that I had previously even when using an official cam.

Is the above right about cards 42 only be renewed now ?
 
Wouldn't say for sure that it's all cards starting 41 but I have done a couple of renewals this year where they have said the card is too old and we have had to supply a new card. makes sense for them in the long run to keep all the cards up to date.
