:) Help Help Help Help.

I have been told about the scam regarding the SKY telephone cable and a battery. Did all that now the system is telling me that I have used up all my credit???

I have seen a few cards for sale on E'Bay can I buy one of these and use it in my set top box so I can continue to get sports and films that I subscribe to and use the battery thing or do I have to come clean with sky and face the £50 bill??????? Or is there something else I can do???

Any help would be great.

Regards

Minnie

Only way to clear both the box and card is to pay the bill.

If you put that card in another box you won’t have any PPV credit, likewise if you get another replacement card and put it in your box your PPV credit will still be zero. (As the information is stored in the box and card).

You could get a new box and request a new card from Sky, but that is costly and wouldn't work too often, I expect.

yeah surely your insurance excess is at least £50.
My advice is don't fall for stupid scams and only take what you can afford to pay for.
