Hi, im new here and new to the world of satellites altogether, my dad had a setup sitting in his house waiting to be put up for about 2 years, he is selling the house and never got around to getting it installed.
Free stuff, why thank you i said... got the dish up, its on a motor and the receiver is a satcatcher voyager 2, just seeing if anyone can tell me the capabilites of this thing, I have searched around the net and it seems to be the least talked about receiver. There is a card slot in it and RS232 port.
Since im new to all this i dont really know how to update the software or manipulate many of the scrambled channels so i can see them fine(which are 8/10 of the channels i pick up)
I have been told this is possible on many channels but not on most for example Sky.
