Obviously being able to see it is the hardest part for this satellite, strong signals on the 1.2, maybe go mobile with a small dish on them hills in the summer ,

Quite sure ive seen Safina and TV-Varzish somewhere on the arc before ?

Oh Id forgotten Varzish - it turned up on 52E for a few weeks last summer didnt it. OK - Tajikistan national stations in that case

This 10971 H can be either Europe/ME/C.Asia, or Russia beam. Your report makes me believe this is Russia beam!

P.S. reception of 10971 H here quite reliably, already with small Visiosat bisat dish.

I would agree with that, signal strength here is about the same as 11014 Alma sport, other transponders are a fair bit stronger,

I'm getting this on my 80cm in SE Essex, was amazed my dish swung as far as 68.5E. Any further though and it will no doubt hit the bathroom window

But indeed like Mumbai, New Delhi is within Eu/ME/C.Asia beam, so your non-reception points to that huge Russia beam, covering England to Vladivostok!

Coming in quite well in Thessaloniki, around 12db, although I see I need a little more tweaking towards the eastern part of my arc.
