Decent guide, but lacking the twin-tuner option thus far. I get the drift, though but :)

I'm not getting any signals from some feeds, but my $ 20 Chinese one will receive those. Is it hardware issue?

So, which receiver does the job that the SF8008 fails.

Are you doing a straight swopout or are you using a splitter or a loopthrough system ?

(I know I'm going to regret this)

It is freesat by GT media.

The model of 1 SAT tuner, direct antenna.
SF8008 Twin (model 2 tuner, A and B), needs splitter to give signal to tuner B.
It is important to keep this in mind.
When launching the search, see what tuner it is.
The tuners are very good, but the receiver is still green.
If you want a receiver to watch TV, perfect, removing the 3 seconds when changing channels (chip defect), then everything is fine.

SF8008 Twin (el modelo 2 tuner, A y B), necesita splitter para dar señal al tuner B.
Es importante tener esto en cuenta.
Al lanzar la busqueda, mira de que tuner es.
Los tuner son muy buenos, pero esta muy verde el receptor todavia.
Si quieres un receptor para ver la TV, perfecto, quitando los 3 segundos al cambiar de canal (defecto del chip), luego todo bien.

I'm using only using cable for this testing work . Just plug and play of single RF Cable .
