Hi,
Im to upload software 4 Technosat 6000plus cxci,as mentioned in http://www.dsrsoftware.com/.But im not able to upload software.I have connected Pc Com 1 - Receiver and tried to upload,nothing happend.In STB link 4 initially it shows 'connecting',then connection error.when i press upgrade software,no action.It shows s]software and hardware version' unavailable and communication status failed.

Im doing software upgrade first time,if anybody guide me thru to solve this pblm,it willbe great helpfull.
