New Services not showing after scan.

Hi all,

Just got a new Dm 500HD. When I went to scan for new channels, the new services did not come listed in the new services section. They just mixed in with all the other services.

The only new services that were listed there were the four channels found in a newly added frequency.

Is there some setting which I may not be doing correctly? This used to work fine in the dm 500.

Please help me out.

I'm not sure to be honest; mine does exactly the same thing though with the EDG Nemesis image. I vaguely remember that it worked properly when I used openPli but I'm not totally sure.
 
Thanks Adam, I am using Edge Nemesis as well. Any one else kind enough to put in their support please?
 
Don't know about the DM500HD, but with my DM8000HD a reboot places new channels in the new services and appropriate satellite channel list.
 
If you scan the same satellite again the new services are no longer in the new service list.
Unfortunately, Enigma2 is not as versetile as Enigma1 and the new found channels are not marked with ! mark.
