just bought house in southern france near spanish border & would like to know if anyone knows if i,m better taking reciever from uk or getting one locally. sorry if i come accross a bit dim but dont know much about setting up
 
dont think it will make much difference mate, being in central europe you should infact get a better reception (not that im an expert), plus i reckon the equipment will be a fair bit more expensive over there.
