new SKY card/non-stop window box on screen

Hi,

Since Friday last week, I have had a (virtually) non-stop window box on my TV screen (on all channels) to insert new viewing card. The only problem is, I haven't received the new viewing card yet at my UK address! Before calling SKY (I don't permanently live in the UK), I was wondering whether, during the time that I am waiting for the new viewing card to arrive, there is a way (besides pressing back-up every 5 seconds) to get rid of this (highly annoying) window box?

Phone them asap Kiki, if you are receiving the message, they have sent one out, so you need to get a replacement sent out straight away. As far as I know, you cannot make the message go away unless you insert the new card.
