I am installing satellite broadband from ses in France can I put another lnb on that dish for my tv?

OK, if you want feeds from the same satellite, then you'll need a second dish

Astra 2F carries Freesat and Sky programming so because you cannot locate a second LNB at the focal point to look at the same satellite cluster at 28.2E as Rolf says you would need a second dish to receive the Freesat transmissions

No, because LNBs used for Broadband are single feed send and receive.
