Just upgraded my 2.2 cam to 2.3, can people confirm if Digitalb @16e is still open (all channels in this package) and any others that are open

What version of he Cas programmer do you have?
You need to load the latest Underworld file then go into the menu and change Emultaors to ON and N2 AU to on, then you can open the following packages:
Premiere 19E
DigitAlb 16E
Polsat 13E
Canal Digital 1W
Digi TV 1W
 
Yes cheers mate sorted it, with upgrading from 2.2 the setting had changed on the cam, all sorted now and looking forward to the new season
