New to satellite and need your help

I am entirely new to this satellite related stuff and gone through the basics by reading the existing discussion for my problem but I confused a lot. My objective is to watch some south Indian TV channels. Friend of my mine recommended to get Dreambox500s and get 2 dish and LNB to point Hotbird and eurobird. My questions are:
- Do I need 2 dishes for this? or One dish with two LNB like this

If so, what type of Dish I need to get for this?

- Also, I have only one dreambox, but I want to connect another TV in my first floor. Do I need any special hardware/modulator to connect to other TV?

Please help me.
 
A 60-80cm dish and a clipsat or 4 degree lnb for 13E / 9E. Why did your friend recommend a Dreambox? They are basically high end enthusiasts receiver and not ideal for a beginner.

You do realise the south asian channels tend to change regularly and many are scrambled dont you?

Which ones are you particularly interested in?
