hello
thanks for the information
so lets see i need a dream box what model and what cam.
then will i have to load some softwhere and will the box be like a clone of the sky box the card is now mated to?
if i load the itv at 12.402 group will the itv reset itself.
we can not get astra 2 d here but we can get 12.402 no problem.
if it loads the sky epg we will not get the 103 where it is located.
.
how much will this set me back??

how about the a movie channel like 301 that askes for the pin??

can we defeet the pin as well.

sky should have made a pin a option were no pin required.

thanks for any information
ralph:)

ralph:

Sky had no option regarding the implementation of the Parental Controls feature - It was foisted upon them by OFCOM, our erstwhile and toothless Regulator. The Nanny State is alive and thriving in the UK.

Doesnt really matter - a dreambox is a dreambox as far as most functionality is concerned

No - a db is a none sky box, and is far better for it!

if i load the itv at 12.402 group will the itv reset itself.

No - you just set you bouquets & favourites up much as any other receiver

It wont load the sky epg - thats for sky boxes only
.

anything from Eu50-1000 depending on what box you want!

The pin isnt a problem on none sky boxes ;)

sky should have made a pin a option were no pin required.

Not allowed to by Ofcon as Tivu has explained
