Newbia dish direction?

To start with im going to point my dish at 19.2 east (Astra), Is this direction 19.2 east of south, or 19.2 east of east?

I still not fully understanding this bit yet! any help please?

Its 19.2 degrees east of south

Well you buy buy wall mounts that would put your dish above the top of your house wall.

Its not mounted yet, Im gong to mount it in the Garden on a pole...
