Newbie Need help on keys please help

hi i am new to this site if anyone can help me with this problem i have a sonicview 1000 satillet dish and it just got hit i was wondering if anyone knows how to get the keys for this satilite and how do u put it in your dish for the channels to work again like where to put it thanks so if someone can help me with this problem thanks i appretiate it

The terminology used in your post seem to be incorrect.
Surely you mean a satellite receiver.
Anyway, this forum doesn't discuss North American satellites.
