Newbie testing forum posting

Just got a Nokia 780 IRD for my dad who wants to watch Eurosport. Trouble is the Eurosport channel has no sound. I've tried all sound channels but no use - not even a hiss! Other channels are fine. Ironic that the only channel he wants doesn't work fully...


Any ideas anybody?
