Hello experts,

I am very new to dreambox and I have bought 2. I am receiving channels but most of them are crypted. I want to know what steps to take in order to have them . I have a dreambox DM 500 S.

We are going to need more information than you have given us in order to answer your question. What satellite and what channels are you trying to watch? There is very little open these days but as I say we do not know where your dish is pointing, even more so as you are based in Senegal
 
You need to remember the a Dreambox is not a receiver that will give you all the channels as if by magic. For most pay tv services you will still need access to a paid subscription.

Hi

Cudn't really understand !!! if you are newbie why would one go for 2 boxes (unless the other came in free, :-slurp)

BTW, a small request before asking please check old post where a lot of details have been explained. By that way, you will not only save your time but also gain knowledge.
