hi newbie here <<< jon.. plz put this in right post if im in the wrong 1 thxs.. ok my question is, ive just been given a secound sky digi box and dish, what i would like to now is can i put this up and view hot bird. many thxs jon...
 
You can Jon, but you will only be able to receive a few channels, as the digibox firstly will only save 50 non-Sky channels and only covers two symbol rates. There is also another fly in the ointment, unless you know the pin number for the box, it will not let you view other channels.

Why not buy yourself a cheap patchable receiver like the Technomate and then you will be able to view all free to air channels and possibly some other ones?
