Newbie with DIABLO - Which are the best transponders

Hi , I`m a Newbie to the Motorised world of Satellite.

And have just got a loaded Diablo 2.3 and wanted to know which are the most Common satellites i should be scanning fot the make use of sport and Movies .

Main reason i ask is that its no point doing a full blind scan on my Technomate 6900 hd ,beacuse of the memory getting full.

So just a bit of basic sat help ,astra,thor etc would be help much appreciated.:-worship
