i am using newcamd 6.10a and everything was ok with skycard until monday it went off .i put card back in digibox to activate it and then it works in dreambox but only for a day has gone off everyday snce dont even get channel4 can someone tell me exactly how to .setup config file as i have tried and dont seem to be getting anywhere ..i only have £15 package & used to last 2-3 months no probs so everyday is a bit strange..thanks

You can leave the card in the Dreambox- no need to put it in a $ky box to keep-alive (but that is 6.10b- not sure if it's the same for your version). If mine ever stops I put the box on sky three for a few hours and then reboot the Dreambox if it still plays up.
You installed the config file as well? If that doesn't work try installing newcamd 6.10b and the config file.

with newcamd 6 you need to install the betad version, and the config files, which I suppose you did as it seemed to have worked. I think that betad needs the boxid of the Sky card to keep it alive, though. Did you enter the correct boxid in the betad configuration file ?
an alternative would be to use CCcam as your emulator, which works fine with NDS cards, and no need to install the config files or boxid's. Remember with CCcam NOT to specify a cardserver (PLi image), as CCcam comes with its own internal cardserver.
