News 24 on Other Channels

My Satellite Setup
Sky Ireland Sky + TV multiroom.
Dell Dimension 2400 Computer Microsoft XP Domestic.
My Location
Cork, Ireland.
We have recently lost our access to BBC News 24 on the Special Channels on Sky + It has been suggested that the frequency has been changed. Can anyone let us know the new Frequency number please. Many thanks.

What happens if you go to channel 503 on your sky box - thats the channel number for BBC News, and it should automatically update if any parameters change.
 
Hes in Ireland - most of the BBC channels arent on the epg in Ireland.
