i was wondering that as Arena has 100 games Live next season is it correct it will be 20 euros a month subscription?

Premiere stopped advertising the Arena service a couple of weeks ago, so its anyone guess whats happening with it.
 
does arena broadcast on cable in germany as the website has other channels than whats on satellite
