another one in the 21.6e mux pete,

@ far78 I can maintain I constant lock on both tps but I am using a 1.2 dish, I don't think I would be able to do this with my 1mtr pal,
I suspect, ultimately, that that 20cm makes all the difference plus I am using, by all accounts, a very average dish.

Oh get them fine there! 75% signal quality past few days, rock solid! It's more the lack of AD Sports which frustrates me but, alas, nothing can be done really.

just bear in mind far78 that the ad sports channels that are easier to reach atm might not be there forever m8 :-), but a bigger dish will always open more horizons :-).

If you can try an Inverto Black Ultra LNB you might get better results. The single comes with a very long neck allowing better focal length adjustments. The twin is not as good and the quad is pretty much standard.
But I have found that only 8 out of 10 singles perform very well and some just don't quite do it.

Good luck

I went for a twin so that i had a spare link down the mast to connect up my signal meter or other satellite boxes when i'm in the garden if i ever needed it. It made adjusting the lnb focus tonight much easier.

Interesting. I've used quite a few twins and singles and they have all worked well and improved the signal from the LNBs they've replaced (with the exception of the old Sharp white LNBs which seem to match the performance of a BU) but I've never bothered to compare the signals between the Black Ultras themselves. I'm about to order another batch so may try comparing them sometime.

I pull in normally over 400, but with this rain i'm on the limit with my dish.
