Help Required No access to Audio track

Astra 19.2 Dreambox DM800 HD se
My Location
Mallorca, Spain
Hi everybody! I can't get to change the audio track when I watch movies. The remote control I have with my Dreambox DM800 HD se doesn't have the Audio button. Please help!

Isn't it one of the coloured buttons? Maybe try the help button as that's where my audio one was.

Thanks for answering Captain, I've already tried to hit all the buttons unsuccesfully! On top of it hitting the help button makes the box crash.
 
Well, I definitely had an audio button on the 800HD but I had a silver remote and not this black one. I guess it's a clone so maybe a new remote is what you need?
 
On mine the help button changes audio I think so I dont know why its crashing your box

Look in the menus, there should be an option to change the default audio to english, there also might be one in the WebIF depending on image

On my 500s clone I can choose the order of preferred audio using PLI Jade

if its a sunray then the yellow button changes language,if it crashing on pressing a help button i would reinstall the image mate or change for another 1
