No activation email

I registered early in the week but have not had an activation mail could you send me a new one please.

Have sent another, but please look in your spam/bulk mail folder, in 99.9 percent of cases, that's where the original is.

Thanks rolfw I didn't get the second one either despite carefully checked my spam and deleted items folders, I suspect its virgin.net not letting it through.

I have resolved my problem by changing my details and using one of my alternative email addresses and I got an activation mail immediately.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for letting us know. It may be worth going onto Virgin's site and using the webmail there, as you should be able to find our Emails and add them to the safe list.

If you are using, say, Outlook Express, then the spam folder you are looking at may not be the same as the spam folder if you use the Virgin.net webmail client.

Thanks for the input guys.

I was able to find your mails by using the web client version of virgin mail and expanding all folders which exposed the spam folder I needed. I marked them as non spam and added your email address to contacts so all should be tickity boo now.
:)

Resent activation email. Please check your spam folders.

Have you checked your spam folder? Make sure that it's not set for immediate deletion of spam if that's an option.
