No Activation email

I have not received the activation email. The email address is ok because you replied to my request on the forum and this is the reult.

Could you please resend the activation email.

Hi

Still no emails. Have checked webserver and junk folders, nothing.

I registered my partner "linjim" and she also has received no activation email on her email address.

Strange that I received the email, in which you replied to my original request via the Contact section of this site.

I hope something can be found to address this problem. I am in the process of going motorisd system and am looking for advice. What I need is on the Site but as my account is not activated it will not let me download.

I've sent yet another to both accounts, our server prioritises activation Emails, they go out immediately and can pretty much guarantee that they'll be sat on the Tiscali webserver in a blocked file.
 
Are your Webmail SPAM settings causing unrecognised stuff to be Deleted without delay?

Normal practice is to leave them for 7 days or so before the system bins them ................ but I'm not familiar with the user controls Tiscali provide.
 
Tiscali is notorious for not delivering things - we had no end of problems with our staff with Tiscali accounts at home - loads of stuff sent to them just disappeared and we never did get to the bottom of it

Hi again

Still nothing from either accounts. Nothing on webserver or in junk folder. Strange!!

I receive around 30 emails per day on my tiscali accounts and have done so for 10yrs plus.

Do you use a different server to send the emails in which you reply to the Contact Us page questions, I received that one?

Would you try once more and send an activation email to Removed and then delete the address from this post. If this works, would you then change my profile email to that one.

Looks like you must have found it, as you are showing as activated.
