No Audio/Video ON 26.0E BADR

Hie guys iam not sure whether its me or something wrong with my receiver, on screen it comes up as no audio and video but the signal is good any suggestins on what i should do?

What transponder are you looking at?
Is this a newly developed fault?

It's possible the signal screen maybe registering a transponder on one of the adjacent satellites as common transponders are used.
 
all channels are showing this, i used to watch them before but i did a new scan a few weeks ago and this started.
 
Send motor to 26e and try Tp 22 > 12.130 vert, 27500, 3/4 for Dubai One.
Pan the dish a fraction in either direction for a lock on the above transponder. If you get B4U Music UK & Create and Craft your on 28e. If you manage to get a lock when panning, try adjusting the longitude setting of Bad-r for eg. 25.7e etc. It's possible you may have a slight dish alignment issue.
 
Trnsponder 12,130>27.497 co mymes up no 18 on the list for some reason.

i have seen most of the transponders are coming up 27.497 instead of 27500 how do u change this?

You don't need to.
 
Just done that scan and have lost all MBC channels and on transponder 12.130 there these channels A LA CARTE 1,2,3,4,5 and so on. i think it might be alignement problem.
 
You've nudged it too far round to 19.2°e slot

In order to see first if you have 26e reception at all, go into USALS, select 26e and then 'goto' and press ok. The dish will move to the calculated position based on your longitude & latitude.

Highlight the transponder mentioned above and slightly nudge the dish in small steps in either direction for a signal lock, scan to see and repeat.

I have exactly the same receiver. dish and motor as you and I get Badr OK on the east coast of Ireland. My strongest tp at the moment is 12054 68% with 11919 being around 55%. As Satelliteman says alignment is critical so if you use the GOTO function and then Motorized Setting and Move Fine you should find something if you had Badr before. If not your dish must have moved. When using Move Fine wait a few seconds between each nudge to see what happens.
 
12182H is a fair transponder to try, as when aligned to 28E, you won't pick anything up on it.
 
Done all above and the signal is very good, but the problem is that there is no audio/video message coming up on the screen, is that a dead transponder being picked up by my box or something else?

12130V 27500 is not dead,I just tried it.


Try deleting it and rescanning, if you think you are actually on 26E.

What are you getting on 12182H?, are you getting a good signal, what channels if scanned?
 
Miss-type should have been 12182H
