No Channel 5 (please help)

Hi i have just set up a pace DS445NB box with a ftv card ,but when i go to tv guide there is no channel five or five live , if i go to add channels there nothing there either, and i have unplugged and plugged back in. Any ides please.

It has sorted it self just suddenly appeared.

The card hadnt fully woken up :D

Honestly - the channels reappear at different times.....
