Please check all spam folders including your web mailserver.

One of the Admins will have to send you another one.

In the meantime please check you spam or junk folder. If you're using Outlook Express or similar then please use the webmail client as the spam folder is different.

Have you also checked the spam folder in yoiur webmail?

Almost always it turns out your ISPs Webmail filters grab 'em.

So they don't even reach your Mail Client.

Follow advice already given.

No we can't do that. Are you checking your webmail account? Not the one on your computer.

Also, check that your webmail isn't set to delete spam immediately. You'll never find them if that's the case!

I have deactivated the spam and deletion and Yes I log in to the Server where the E-Mail address is hosted. It seems that the Email never reaches my account for which reason ever. I have changed the settings in my account to an alternative email address. Maybe that will help.

OK after changing the email address I received the activation code. It seems to be the Mail server at freenet.de for what ever reason. Thanks

It will be your Email host, for some reason some of them are blocking the activation Emails, have just sent another.
