No power dreambox 500s

Hi,

Please can some help me out here.
i bought dreambox 4 months ago and it wos working properly for me.
i plug out night time befor bed to save energe.
when i plug in today ...There is no power mean 'NO RED LIGHT'.
I check the adaptor and it feel warm. so i think there noting wrong with
fuse.

Did you install anything on it yesterday? Sounds like you need to contact the shop you bought it from.
 
I would try getting an adaptor first as i have 5 Dreamboxes and i have changed the adaptor 4 times on 4 boxes this year as i had the same problem, plugging box in and no red light.
 
The power unit is prone to failure. So far I have 2 units blown. I suggest you get the unit check first (output 12volts). If a replacement required, get other type of 12V supply.
