Hi Rolf,
I think I have located the problem, I think the Vertical High connection on the LNB is faulty. I have done a complete process of elimination with the coax cables (swapping and changing) to check that all the cables and connections are OK. I can get all the BBC and ITV channels without the Vertical High coax connected. I have swithched the 22Khz on. Still cannot get Channel 4 or 5 (now says no satelite signal) with all four coax connected, in the Digibox settings the signal test shows nothing on both signal and quality. I will swap the LNB's this weekend and see if that fixes the problem. I will post the results when I have finished. If it doesn't work I will post everything that I did.
Cheers, Kevin

Rolf,
I have eventually solved the problem, after many permutations of cable swapping and settings, I could still get everything except channel 4 and 5 (the only reason for having a digibox). I purchased a Quad LNB (not Quatro), and the problem was instantly fixed. I have set up the Multiswitch to receive Astra 1 and Eutelsat and there is no problem, so the multiswitch is working fine. Must be some compatibility problem somewhere. Anyway all OK now.
Cheers
Kevin

Well done Kevin, an odd problem, but at the end of the day the solution works. :)
