No Signal Being Received

My Satellite Setup
1.9m Dish
Invacom quad lnb
BigSat BS-S 501 xtra Freesat Box, Pace Skybox DS440N, Humax Foxsat - HDR

I am in Spain and my satellite dish is working fine (There are 2 freesat boxes and a Thompson Sky Box all working fine from a quad LNB). I have just brought back from the uk a Pace Sky Box which worked fine in the uk. Not sure of the model but it says Model No. 1.3.54, Version 9F0C02, Operating System 1.2S4FJ, EPG Software version 3.7.6. I have the new white Sky Freeview card which is registered to the box. Please has anyone any suggestions as to why it says No Satellite Signal Being Received? Thanks
 
default transponder?
try setting it to 11.740 - unless you have a big dish (>2.8m)
 
You could also try 12.129, that's what I use with an 80cm dish in Torrevieja.
