no signal

Hi

Had dish installed and left at 19.2, when I try to scan transponders I dont get any results and the SNR stays at 45%, could the dish not be aligned as was previously thought?

Any suggestions would be appreicated

FYI, That's what I get when there is no signal <--
 
Ok, I have figured it is my dish alignment as I have put my S*K minidish into the back of my DB and reconfigured it and I can now view FTA channels, I have got the guy who installed my dish coming back on Monday to re-install it.
