No signel on second LNB

My Satellite Setup
1.9 Metre dish with
My Location
Spain, Alicante region
I fitted a second, identical LNB, to my dish set up and I cant get a signel at the receiver. The original LNB is working perfectly but although the second LNB is mounted next to it, no signel is showing.
If I swop the cable over from the second LNB to the original then it works fine so it cant be a cable or receiver fault.
I am new to satellite problems so any help would be appreciated.

If you have fitted an LNB next to the LNB which is focussed on the satellite, the second LNb will be off focus (pointing at an offset angle)and will not see the same satellite, you need to fit a Quad or Octo LNB if you require extra ouputs from the same satellite.

What happens when you swap the LNB's? At very least your 2nd LNB should work in place of the first. Does the 1st work in place of the second?

LOL Rolfw has given the technical answer. Mine is for simple folk like me :-rofl2. I kind of assumed you are using a multi lnb bracket.

If I swap the 1st lnb with the 2nd I get a signal at the receiver but the 1st then doesn't work. I guess it is what was suggested by rolfw the lnb being off centre.
Why do I need a Quad surely a twin output lnb would do the job. Or have I got it wrong.
