no sky hd channels

CAN ANYBODY HELP???

i have a dm800 clone box with Apls BSBE2 (DVB-S2), running on GEMINI 4.4 bootloader 75#. i get all s*y channels including movies and sport and BBC HD and Luxe HD also Rush HD. but no s*y hd channels or any other
can anybody help i even got another ALPS BSBE-2 tuner and still the same problem should i change the image or is there any settings i just don't know it is like i have now 2 dm500 boxes please i need help IF ANY BODY HAS A STEP BY STEP I WOULD APPRISIATE IT sorry for spelling

I have moved your post from the unrelated thread you tagged it onto. You need to explain a bit more about your setup, are you card sharing? or do you have your own subscription and card?

Yes I c/s subscryption I have skyuk full with this and I have scanned and also used dreamboxedit to put all HD channels onto my dm800 but when I rescan I lose the HD channel and just keep the normal movies, sports ect I done a factory reset and even flashed image again and changed the tuner but I get the same problem with HD channels I'm at my wits end with it i've had a dm500 for nearly a year now so I know a little

rio, your explanation is still a little unclear , do you have the sly card in your box ? Or are you getting it via CS ?

Yes I understand but when I dod a scan thhe dm800 does not find the HD channels it should still get them even so

But I have sky HD box already about to end in January and I've used the sky dish on the dm800 thinking the same as you but still the same problem I don't know maybe a new problem with with the dm800 clone

I find it hard to believe that the chinese would produce a cloned HD stb that does not receive HD channels....don't you?
Are you sure you are looking correctly for them, they have different parameters to the SD channels.
e.g. SR 29500 and FEC 3/4

Or is it a case that they are there but will not open? in which case back to your server master

i've done a scan and when it gets to sr 29500 ot just passes and doesn't even find any. this is what i do after installing image goto blue button then addons load the Ccam 2.0.11 then the config file place my Cline into my config file then reboot i then goto setup, to tuner config click on simple press down and press single press down again and goto sat 28.2 east i then press ok then press exit once and goto auto scan and it scans 1109 to 1114 channels but only get rush HD, bbc HD and luxe HD is there something I'm missing

this is the tuner i bought from supersatshop if it helps
