I have just received a cas+ and a diablo cam.

I have downloaded all the software and have put the Underworld 129 bin file on my desktop.

When I attempt to load the file, I get the message 'not enough space to copy this file'

I reinstalled all the duolab software but I still get the same message.

Help please!

I hope you mean the underworld129.dup file, not bin file. Have you unsipped the file and placed underworld129.dup on your desktop?
Let me go through the steps you have already done:
You have installed the CIS 8.5a software and connected you Cas 3+ to your computer using the USB cable.
You have inserted the Diablo 2.3 cam into you Cas programmer, and started up the CIS 8.5a software, clicked on the Cam Module tab and the two Diablo Cam icons.
You have clicked on the little icon, with three dots, at the end of the File Name address bar, navigated to underworld129.dup, and clicked open.
Did the green light on the Start Update icon come on?

After the Cam is programmed, and inserted in your receiver, go into the cams menu, using your receivers remote control, and enter the configuration folder.
Check that Emulators is ON and N2 AU is ON, you might also want to change Emulators priority to 1 Emu 2 Cards, but that is not essential.
