Nokia 9800S Need help Please

I have a reciever Nokia 9800S, suddenly it is displaying the start up message and keep rotating it , also there is acode A20, it is not operating and remote control has no effect.

I have cut off the power many times and turn it on again, but nothing happened, the installed software is MA 2.00 since 2 years.

Any body can help please???

Dear all,

I have sent the receiver to the maintenance, they have fixed it, They have cleaned the Flash memory (as they Said). However I have discovered that I can not save more than one Satellite with my motor antena. if I want to move from Satellite to another I have to reconfigure this Satellite.

Anybody have a solution?
