Nokia 9800s or the Matrix Reloaded adding keys problem

I have been trying to see if it is Nokia 9800s or the Matrix Reloaded Cam or the MR soft (including 1.61). The interface allows user to update keys, but for via keys: TPS, CSN, SVT Europa, Slovania and Rural, it refuses to show keys. For others it works. This happens even when the receiver is disconnected, so it has nothing to do with the transmission. There is no difference between they type of keys either. I don't understand it but usually it means that branching in the program does not occur.
Has anybody encountered this?
