First of all I'm new to this forum and I am not sure of anything really but I have had a dream box 800hdpvr for about 6 months, iv noticed on my tv guide that there's sky italia and polsat and other channels but I can't view them is there a way that I can like get a card or something

You can get cards for most of the European packages - they range from cheap to VERY expensive if you have to use a UK based reseller.

Most of the forum sponsors & advertisers sell cards so have a browse through their on line shops and see if you find anything you fancy.

The best way to get a card is via friends or family in the country you want the package from - this can easily halve the price of the cards. However of course if you dont have friends then you have to use a reseller.

You will of course need either a motorised dish, multiple lnb's or multiple dishes to receive other satellites in the first place

An 80cm motorised dish will give you access to most of the European satellites for minimal cost.
