hi guys im new to all this and im after any idots guides and any advice on a basic system and how it all works cos i think sky is a rip off for wot you get

im a sparkie by trade so im hoping i wont find it to hard to understand :)

Any ideas on what you might want to watch and time spent doing it?
There are lots of things out there, but we'll need to know what it is you would like as an end result.

Have You ever considered a dreambox ???

Nowdays it is a hard days work to find any "free" stations
 
forgive my stupid questions peeps but whats a dream box is it a kind of reciver im not bothered about subscription if the the channels ill get will be worth watchin and cover alot of motorsport:)
