Not showing UK Channel 5 set and others on Toshiba 43U6763DB TV

I've got a Toshiba 43U6763DB with the satellite cable plugged straight into the satellite connector on the TV. The channel search function has picked most of the channels I had before on my LG and Samsung TVs with the same connection method, but I'm not showing channel 5 audit's associated channels (5USA 5Star etc), and quite a few others. I've selected the Astra 2 satellite and it looks like from the list of frequencies stored that it's picked it up (10964 H 22000 5/6), but it's not showing the channel.

Any suggestions, please?

I've just got a Toshiba 43U5766DB and tried the satellite tuner but it didn't find a lot of channels so I assumed it was an inferior tuner and I'm on the fringe so reconnected my box. The menu refers to SatcoDX files and there's some info here.

If you really care you save the SDX file of the channels you have found to a memory stick then edit it to add missing then load back to tv. looks tedious! Can't find a 28E channel list yet.
