I may be mistaken, but it looks like there is a typo error in first post
NSTV (Russia) should be NSTV (Syria) ?
Regular transmission on Hot Bird 13E (mainly opposition reportage).
Is it still a test card on 12.5W ?
They must be loaded with money, transmitting from two satellites.

Cheers HB, yes it's Syrian - It was originally stated on kingofsat as Russian for some reason, but has been changed now.

I'll check out the channel again on 12.5W when I swing my dish in that direction.
