Odd phenomenon on 4.8E yesterday

Has anyone had a massive signal degradation on Astra 4A last night? I came home at 10pm to find that TV1000's (12054V) SNR has dropped to 38% (normally 70%-72%) with breakups now and again and a similar thing was seen across the whole satellite on Nordic beam. Thought the dish had been blown away but the signal was normal on other satellites.

Woke up this morning to find everything was back to normal. Any ideas what could have happened?
 
I saw this on RTR on 5e as well, disregarded it as I knew the Nordic countries were getting hammered with heavy storms which had just passed through the UK :)
 
Ah, well - you've got a second wave coming tomorrow judging by the howling outside my window!
