Well, I bought the very same meter from the very same place and the meter didn't work. It was apparently brand new and original but 9 out of 10 times, it simply wouldn't start.
To be fair, he did refund everything back very quickly after I sent it back... but I wouldn't risk buying from him again. Maybe I was just unlucky.
If you want, I am selling the same meter (working!) on here... http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/threads/emitor-satlook-lite-meter.160899/ - still a few months warranty left on it.
