On Digital Freeview

I have bought an "on digital" freeview box with a card. Please help me with following:

Can I connect it to the Sky Dish to receive Channel (i.e. 28.2 East) ?

No Jaffer you can't do that.
The box you have bought is for Terestrial Reception and NOT for satellite.
connect it to your roof aerial instead.
