I'm wonder if there is away to connect multi TV's to one receiver

I have a dish with one LNB input and there is a coax cable from that LNB to the receiver and from the receiver to the TV.

now i need a way to connect from that receiver to 3 more TV's so i can view in each TV different Channel and i can able to change channel from TV remote control

is there any system or way to do so?

No, you can certainly watch the content from one receiver on multiple TVs, but with only one tuner you can only watch the same channel on all. You would need multiple receivers and a multi output LNB.
